Medical CSR - Remote
We are seeking a dedicated Remote Customer Service Representative with medical experience to join our team. This position offers the potential for a temp-to-hire opportunity, allowing you to grow and thrive in a supportive, remote work environment.

Responsibilities: ? Provide excellent customer support and service to clients in the medical field. ? Address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. ? Accurately document customer interactions and follow standard procedures.
Requirements: ? Previous experience in a medical customer service role. ? Availability to work full-time on weekends ? Type 40 wpm ? Microsoft Office
Equipment Requirements: ? Computer with a minimum of 1 extra monitor. ? Hardwired internet connection. ? Headset. ? Internet Speed: Minimum 100 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Pay: Up to $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

? Monday to Friday
Experience:
? Call center: 2 years (Preferred)
? Medical CSR: 1 year (Preferred)
? Microsoft Office: 3 years (Preferred)
