Entry Level Tire Technician

Position Overview
As a Tire Technician, you'll play a key role in replacing, repairing, and rotating tires on customer vehicles. This position offers hands-on training geared towards helping you build the skills needed for more advanced roles.

Key Responsibilities
? Install and repair tires.
? Operate balancers and tire machines.
? Complete work orders accurately.
? Maintain and organize the shop and equipment.
? Assist customers and co-workers as needed.
? Provide outstanding customer service, and meet the customer needs.
? Promote a safe and collaborative work environment.

Requirements:

? Service-oriented attitude and strong work ethic.
? Team collaboration skills and ability to follow instructions.
? Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs.
? Available to work Saturdays.
? Authorized to work in the USA (18+).
? Comfortable with occasional mechanical hazards and outdoor conditions.

Compensation

Pay: $16.00 + per hour effective rate

Our Tire Technicians are paid weekly, including base pay, overtime, and tire spiffs. They are also eligible to participate in the monthly store bonus.
