About the position

The Fraud and Cyber Crime Advisor role at Concentrix is a customer service position focused on supporting victims of fraud and cyber crime. As the first point of contact, the advisor will gather essential information for investigations while providing compassionate assistance to callers. Responsibilities
? Take inbound calls from victims of fraud and cyber crime.

Requirements
