As a live chat assistant, you will be responsible for providing timely and efficient customer service through online chat on a business?s website and social media channels. Your duties will include answering customer inquiries, offering promotional discounts, and providing helpful resources and information. Requirements

Valid U.S work authorization

High school diploma or equivalent

Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 5+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.
