Job Requirements
? Submitting contractual changes to internal teams based on agreements on file.
? Revenue-based...
? Arranging new account setups and frequency changes.
? Reading contracts.
? Configuring pricing increases and monthly fees.
? Auditing invoices.
? Following up with customers and verifying sales and contractual details.
? Must be able to sign a WFH agreement that they will be operating in a quiet workplace free of distractions, and that this is not a replacement for childcare.
? Must be able to be on-camera for some meetings.

Required Skills
? Must have attention to detail, critical thinking, and great time management skills.
? Must be able to use a phone and feel comfortable with making multiple calls throughout the day.
? Must be able to prioritize well.
? Must be able to perform data entry.

Software Skills
? Excel: Complex formulas are possible; advanced knowledge of Excel preferred.
? Must be able to extract and analyze data up to thousands of line items.

Education and Experience
? Project experience highly preferred.
? Customer service experience preferred but not necessary, can be used in combination with project experience to determine years of experience range.
? Must have experience working with Excel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.22 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
