Medical Front Desk Coordinator

The Front Desk Coordinator responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
? Answer phones with courtesy and professionalism
? Opening of clinic and greeting patients ensuring patient hospitality and cleanliness
? Providing comfort care to patients and significant other(s)
? Schedule follow-up appointments for patients face-to-face, via phone, and document in medical record
? Assuring cleanliness of front desk and lobby
? Patient flow coordination with all members of multidisciplinary team
? Maintain filing of patient records
? Proficient computer manageability for scheduling, changing or canceling appointments and required documentation
? Perform daily financial summary and balance of payments received
? Ordering, organizing and stocking of educational materials
? Collaboration with all members of the team to enhance patient experience and continuity of care
? Assisting the team in ensuring accountability of treatment program and patient compliance
? Assuring compliance with HIPPA and CFR 42 part 2 regulations

Schedule: Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm **CLOSED FRIDAY**
