? Engage in communication with state boards and credentialing authorities to secure status updates and necessary verifications.
? Ensure meticulous accuracy in data management, complying with industry standards and regulations.
? Perform verification and cross-referencing of data provided by external entities using online databases and additional sources.
? Undertake other duties as needed to support team efficacy and operational excellence.

Required Skills

Qualifications
? A minimum of 6 months of experience in a data entry or customer service role is preferred.
? Availability to commit to a 40-hour work week, Monday through Friday, with weekends off.
? A reliable work-from-home setup with internet speeds of at least 15 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.
