Overview

Responsibilities
? Engage in sales activities to achieve company targets
? Provide multilingual support to customers
? Administer benefits effectively
? Deliver outstanding customer service at all times
? Utilize negotiation skills to secure deals
? Communicate effectively with clients and team members
? Adhere to HIPAA regulations for data privacy
? Analyze market trends and customer needs

Qualifications
? Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
? Ability to communicate fluently in multiple languages is a plus
? Familiarity with benefits administration practices is advantageous
? Strong negotiation skills
? Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
? Knowledge of HIPAA regulations is desirable
? Analytical mindset for market research and trend analysis

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $8,000.00 - $14,000.00 per month
