Job Overview:
Stakelum Company is looking for a friendly and professional Live Chat Representative to assist customers through our online chat platform. You will be responsible for answering inquiries, providing product information, and resolving issues efficientlyall while delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities: ? Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner. ? Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies. ? Customer service experience is a plus but not required. ? Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work.
