As a Live Chat Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through online chat platforms. Responsibilities:

Engage with customers through live chat to provide assistance and support

Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

Resolve customer issues and escalate to appropriate departments when necessary

Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and quality service delivery

Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements:

Previous experience in customer service or a related field

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Proficiency in typing and navigating online chat platforms

High school diploma or equivalent
