Key Responsibilities
? Maintain precise and current inventory records while monitoring food and beverage costs.
? Reconcile inventory purchases, consumption, and waste to ensure financial accuracy.
? Analyze inventory trends to uncover potential cost-saving initiatives.
? Record daily transactions associated with inventory, ensuring appropriate documentation and categorization.
? Generate and evaluate financial reports to ensure data integrity.
? Support accounts payable and receivable functions related to inventory transactions.
? Ensure adherence to company policies and financial best practices.
? Collaborate with management to refine inventory control procedures and enhance financial reporting effectiveness.
? Maintain organized and accessible inventory documentation.

Required Skills
? Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.

Qualifications
? Previous experience in bookkeeping, preferably within a restaurant or hospitality context.
? Familiarity with TOAST POS and QuickBooks is highly advantageous.
