We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate School Psychologist to join our team and play a pivotal role in supporting the mental health and educational growth of our students. You will provide essential psychological services aimed at helping students achieve their fullest potential.

Responsibilities: ? Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to identify students' needs. ? Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers, parents, and other professionals. ? Provide individual and group counseling to students to address emotional, social, and behavioral issues. ? Offer crisis intervention and support as needed. ? Consult with teachers, parents, and administrators to develop strategies for improving classroom management and promoting positive behaviors. ? Facilitate communication between the school, parents, and external mental health professionals. ? Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to student support plans. ? Conduct workshops and training sessions for staff and parents on topics such as child development, behavior management, and mental health awareness. ? Keep accurate and confidential records of student interactions and progress. ? Stay current with research and best practices in school psychology and participate in ongoing professional development.

Qualifications: ? Master's or Education Specialist degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution. ? Alabama licensure as a Psychologist optional ? Active Alabama teaching certification with School Psychologist endorsement required ? Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a school setting preferred. ? Strong knowledge of psychological assessment tools and techniques. ? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ? Ability to work collaboratively with students, parents, educators, and administrators. ? Demonstrated understanding of child and adolescent development. ? Commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within the school community. ? Fast/reliable computer & internet connection ? No Chromebooks/tablets permitted

? Guaranteed Weekly Hours
? Hourly Rate: $40-$45
? Hourly rate consistent across direct/indirect hours/planning periods
? School hours
? Clinical/Technical Team on standby
