Order Entry Specialist

Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Order Entry Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately processing customer orders, managing data entry tasks, and ensuring seamless communication between customers and our operations team.

Key Responsibilities: ? Order Processing: Accurately input and manage customer orders for dry cleaning and laundry services, ensuring all details are correctly recorded. ? Customer Interaction: Communicate with customers via phone, email, or in person to confirm order details, provide information about services, and address any inquiries or concerns. ? Data Management: Maintain and update customer records in the company's database, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. ? Payment Handling: Process payments accurately, including cash and credit transactions, and provide receipts to customers. ? Coordination: Liaise with the operations team to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders. ? Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any order discrepancies or customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner. ? Record Keeping: Maintain organized and accurate records of all transactions and customer interactions.

Qualifications: ? Education: High school diploma or equivalent. ? Experience: Previous experience in order entry, data entry, or customer service roles, preferably within the dry cleaning or retail industry. ? Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with order management systems. Strong typing skills and attention to detail. ?
