Your Role:

Key responsibilities include:
? Participating in an 11-week full-time internship from May 28 ? August 8, 2025.
? Engaging in real work experience with a team in your business area.
? Leading or contributing to projects while participating in networking, development, and career exploration activities.
? Building 'Aetna Insights' using cloud-agnostic and open-source technologies.
? Automating telemetry data collection and developing machine learning, analytics, and Generative AI solutions.
? Delivering technology initiatives and building trusted relationships with peer groups and business partners.

About You:

Candidates should possess the following:
? Experience designing and building software applications with proficiency in Python & JavaScript.
? Familiarity with building and training M/L models using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
? Strong understanding of software architecture, data structures, statistical concepts, data modeling, and model performance.
? Leadership experience and strong communication skills.
? Experience with Cloud development, CI/CD pipelines, and databases.
? Currently pursuing a Bachelor?s degree with an expected graduation date between December 2025 and August 2026.

Compensation & Benefits:
? Hourly rate of $23.00 with 40 hours per week.
? July 4th off (company holiday) and two days of paid leave.
? A housing stipend may be provided based on eligibility.
? Hybrid work model with three days in the office and two days remote.
