Responsibilities
? Operate and maintain a commercial vehicle, ensuring it is in good working condition at all times.
? Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper handling and securing of materials.
? Navigate routes effectively while adhering to delivery schedules.
? Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance.
? Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel consumption, and other necessary documentation.
? Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery status and any issues that may arise.
? Follow all local, state, and federal regulations related to trucking operations.

Skills
? Proficient in operating various types of trucks including tractor-trailer, flatbed, tanker, roll-off truck, and manual transmission vehicles.
? Experience with route driving and understanding of logistics for efficient transportation.
? Ability to operate forklifts for loading and unloading cargo as needed.
? Strong knowledge of commercial driving regulations and safety practices.
? Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues on the road.
? Strong communication skills for interaction with clients and team members.
