Responsibilities
The Talent Attraction Manager position is responsible for attracting quality talent through strategic sourcing, social media engagement, advertising, community partnerships and recruitment marketing efforts. This role also oversees
advertising strategies, sponsorships, and passive applicant sourcing to drive applicant flow. The Talent Attraction Manager reviews applications, prescreens applicants, and passes qualified applicants to the Talent Engagement Manager for further evaluation. On an ongoing basis, the Talent Attraction Manager strategizes to enhance the effectiveness and efficiencies of the talent acquisition function at PAM Health.
Qualifications
Applicant Sourcing & Management
? Conduct new applicant reviews to identify quality talent determined by the quality of hire metric.
? Evaluate sourcing and outreach methods in order to continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the talent attraction function.
? Pre-screen applicants and submit qualified applicants to the Talent Engagement Manager (TEM).
? Execute passive candidate outreach strategies to engage potential hires.
? Manage sourced and organic applicants, ensuring a high-quality talent pipeline.
? Submit declinations for applicants who did not proceed to recruiter conversations or candidate status.
Recruitment Marketing & Advertising
? Join social media groups to post and promote job openings.
? Make advertising recommendations to optimize job visibility.
? Manage and facilitate job-advertising strategies.
? Work with the local BD team to integrate recruiting efforts into marketing initiatives.
? Request social media postings.
Hiring Event Coordination
? Manage and facilitate all hiring events, including walk-in events for management.
? Identify the need for hiring events or sponsorships to enhance recruitment efforts while managing expenses responsibly.
? Set up and/or attend school hiring events to build strong applicant pipelines.
? Establish and maintain relationships with local schools to enhance campus recruiting.
? Oversee Handshake platform management and outreach to students and recent graduates. By signing below, employee acknowledges receipt of this job description.
Job Posting & Pipeline Management
? Post approved jobs across various platforms, ensuring accurate and timely listings.
? Refresh job postings to maintain visibility and attract new applicants.
? Manage additional location creation and postings on Indeed.
? Clear out closed and posted positions to keep job boards current.
? Create and manage talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
? Ensure all applicants that are converted to candidate status meet quality of hire standards.
Tracking & Reporting
? Oversee sponsorship and campaign refreshing and tracking to measure recruitment success.
? Close requisitions and ensure timely updates in the recruitment system
