Job Summary
American Express is seeking a highly organized and motivated Virtual Assistant to join our dynamic team. You will assist in administrative tasks, provide virtual support to teams, and ensure seamless coordination across departments. Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to teams, including scheduling meetings, managing emails, and organizing documents.
- Serve as the first point of contact for virtual inquiries, routing them to the appropriate departments.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Maintain accurate records and update databases as required.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and event planning for team members.
- Manage multiple priorities effectively and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Monitor project deadlines and follow up with team members for status updates.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other productivity tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Familiarity with virtual communication tools such as Zoom, Teams, and Slack.
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative or virtual assistant roles.
- Experience working in remote environments or providing virtual support is an advantage.
Working Hours
- Flexible working hours based on your time zone.
- Full-time and part-time positions are available.
- Occasional availability for meetings or projects outside standard hours may be required.

- Strong multitasking abilities and time management skills.
- High degree of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Knowledge of data management and office systems.
