Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part Time Data Entry Specialist to join our team. In this entry-level role, you will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining accurate data within HubSpot CRM to support our sales team.

What You Will Do
? Accurately input and update customer and business data into HubSpot CRM
? Verify, correct, and maintain database integrity and accuracy
? Organize and categorize data for easy retrieval and reporting
? Identify and resolve data discrepancies or inconsistencies
? Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive business information

Qualifications
? High school diploma or equivalent
? Basic understanding of HubSpot CRM or willingness to learn
? Strong attention to detail and accuracy
? Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
? Excellent organizational and time-management skills
? Strong written and verbal communication skills

Additional Information

This role pays $20/hr. This is a part-time, remote position that will require a 20 hour work week.
