The?ccount Development?lient Engagement?anager?s a telephone-based position responsible?or?he?ngagement?f?dentified?ustomers.?he manager will?anage?elationships?y partnering?losely with risk, underwriting, merchant services?nd Marketing?o?rovide?olutions for customers.??
This position?s responsible for?reating? customer base?nd?ill be fluid based on where we see the biggest opportunities?ased on data analytics?part portfolio management + part?onthly?ustomer actions).??

? Effectively manage a?ist of?rioritized?ustomers with an?xisting?merican Express?usiness/Corporate?rogram where an?ngagement?pportunity has been?dentified
? Meet minimum expectations for?ormula?or?uccess?FFS), which is a set number of calls, customer meetings and other productivity metrics

? High level?f Financial Fluency and understanding of the?nderwriting and?isk process. Must be able?o?rive results through creative?roblem solving
? Partner closely with risk,?nderwriting?nd GMNS?o?dentify?nd?evelop?olutions for customers?ased on?ustomer?eeds
? Use consultative skills?o?etain?ustomer relationship and?harge volume?
? Maintain? high level?f knowledge about American Express products, processes (Underwriting, Line Increase, Customer Financials, Pricing, Contract), key internal partners (Risk,?WA,?PI) and tools (ONE.force, C360)?? Partner with Field Dedicated Portfolio Account Development team when a telephone-managed customer?equires? face-to-face visit?

Salary Range: $80,000.00 to $155,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits

The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we?ll consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors.
