Hillyard, Inc. is currently taking applications for Floor Finishing Lead for our Sales team in Kansas City, MO.

Essential Functions And Responsibilities: ? Assist in moving equipment and supplies needed for floor refinishing. ? Help with floor preparation, including sweeping, vacuuming, and masking areas. ? Support abrasion process under supervision. ? Apply finish coatings as directed. ? Ensure a clean and safe work environment throughout the project. ? Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures. ? Oversee daily tasks and delegate responsibilities to team members to ensure project efficiency. ? Train and mentor new or junior crew members on proper techniques and safety protocols.

Qualifications Include:
? High School Diploma or GED
? 1-2 years of experience in gym floor finishing or related field with a solid understanding of the refinishing process.
? Must be able to travel to other locations.
? Must be at least 21 years of age.
? Time Management skills.
? Troubleshooting skills
? Understanding of Safety Procedures
? Communication skills
? Strong leadership skills
