Responsibilities: ? Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries through calls, emails, and chat ? Provide accurate information and assistance regarding flight reservations, bookings, cancellations, and general inquiries ? Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and professionalism ? Ensure high customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service and going the extra mile to exceed expectations

Requirements
? Fluency in English (both verbal and written)
? Experience with Amadeus is a must
? Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or airline industry
? Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
? Ability to navigate through computer systems and multitask efficiently
? Willingness to work in shifts and weekends, as required in a 24/7 operation
? Must be legally eligible to work in South Africa
? Ensure you have at least 3 to 4 hours of power backup for laptop, with 2nd screen and internet connectivity, when load shedding happens.
