Fully Remote, Recruitment Assistant Needed ASAP

The Nanny Poppins Agency is seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Resume Screener to support our growing recruiting team. This is a fully remote position requiring candidates to reside within the Eastern Time Zone.

Nanny Poppins is a high end, domestic staffing agency that has been in the industry for nearly 3 decades. Nanny Poppins was founded in 1995 in Marblehead, MA, and has since expanded to service clients nationwide. We work diligently as an agency to place positions to take place in our client's homes, estates, or home offices.

Responsibilities: ? Review resumes from our database to identify qualified candidates. ? Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate suitability for open positions. ? Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and screening results. ? Contribute to a positive candidate experience through professional and timely communication. ? Attend our weekly team meeting for newest updates on our clients, open positions, and to discuss your chosen candidates with the recruiting team. ? Work alongside the recruiting team on a regular basis to ensure you are finding the best matches for their client's open positions.

Qualifications: ? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ? Strong organizational and time management abilities. ? Proven ability to meet or exceed performance goals. ? Previous customer service and outbound calling experience. ? High school diploma or equivalent. ? Must be 18 years or older. ? Authorized to work in the United States. ? Ability to provide two professional and one character reference.

Schedule:
? Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 9 AM to 2 PM EST
? Tuesday, Thursday: 12 PM to 5 PM EST

Alternative schedules may be considered for exceptional candidates.

Compensation and Benefits:
? Hourly rate of $15.00 to $20.00/hr.
