What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Manage full-lifecycle recruiting for exempt sales positions across the nation
• Develop relationships with hiring managers to understand departmental needs and job specifications
• Utilize various recruiting sources to maintain a pipeline of quality passive candidates
• Screen resumes and guide candidates through the hiring process, including interview preparation and offer negotiation
• Ensure compliance with current legal standards in recruiting practices

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in full-cycle, high-volume recruitment for exempt sales roles, preferably in the construction or operations industries
• Strong knowledge of job boards, sourcing tools, and candidate messaging platforms
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Greenhouse
• Proven success in conducting interviews using various methods (phone, video, email, in-person)
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in human resources management or a related field preferred

• Experience in developing recruitment strategies
• Advanced knowledge of productivity software and database management
• Ability to travel when required (less than 10%)
