School Paraprofessional Job - Part Time

Blazer Jobs is currently interviewing qualified candidates for a part-time Paraprofessional position in Oxford, NJ. Job Responsibilities...

As a Paraprofessional, you will play a critical role in supporting the educational and developmental needs of students, particularly those with special needs. Some typical responsibilities include:
? Assisting teachers in the classroom with instructional support.
? Providing one-on-one or small group support to students with special needs.
? Helping students with daily tasks, including personal care or behavioral needs.
? Monitoring students' progress and reporting to teachers and staff.
? Supporting the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs).
? Collaborating with educators, therapists, and other school staff to create a positive learning environment.

Requirements: ? Must meet all local and state regulations for Paraprofessionals. ? Previous experience working with special education students is highly preferred. ? Strong communication and collaboration skills.
