- What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform daily bookkeeping tasks for a small real estate team
- Manage bill payments and maintain accurate financial spreadsheets
- Assist with invoicing, bill management, and property management duties
- Organize legal documents and represent the Owner when necessary
- Provide general personal assistant support including scheduling appointments and travel arrangements
- What is Required (Qualifications):
- Previous experience in real estate bookkeeping, especially with ONLINE QuickBooks or similar programs
- Proficiency in Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Drive, and other related software
- Typing skills of at least 45 WPM and knowledge of Google and Microsoft products
- Reliable transportation for running errands
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work autonomously or collaboratively
- How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Background in Google Sheets, Adobe, and legal fields
- Experience with HR hiring processes and training coordination
- Familiarity with project management responsibilities
