Remote Administrative Assistant
- Job Overview:This is a 100% remote position. We are seeking a organized and detail-oriented Administrative Office Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the staff, ensuring seamless operations within our office. - Provide customer service and orientation to our clientele with a friendly demeanor.
- Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring they are properly maintained and updated.
- Assist with project coordination, including scheduling appointments, groups and assessments
- Perform data entry tasks, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Operate phone systems, handle incoming and outgoing calls, and respond to emails with excellent phone etiquette.
- Offer exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Perform general clerical tasks, such as photocopying, filing, uploading and scanning documents.
- Familiarity with the latest workplace technologies including Microsoft Word, Excel and Simple Practice, Zoom and online platforms etc.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision, but will report to the owner of company
- Must have a PC and reliable internet service
- Experience:
- 2+ years of experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience with phone systems and phone etiquette.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle diverse personalities and situations.
- Experience with data entry and project coordination is highly desirable.

Job Type: Contract
