Key Responsibilities
? Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs.
? Provide direct instruction and tailored support to help students meet their learning goals.
? Collaborate closely with general education teachers, support staff, and families to create an inclusive and positive learning environment.
? Monitor and evaluate student progress, making necessary adjustments to teaching strategies.
? Keep accurate records of student performance and behavior, ensuring compliance with educational standards.

Qualifications
? Active teaching certification or special services provider license in Special Education issued by the State of Arkansas.
? Specialized training or endorsements in Special Education.
? At least 3 years of experience working with students with diverse learning needs.
? Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Position Details
? Start Date: As soon as possible through the end of the school year.
? Availability: Part-time or full-time - let us know your preference!
? Caseload: Managing approximately 15 students.
