Job Description:

Tesla is seeking a dedicated and independent Remote Live Chat Assistant to join our dynamic team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As a Remote Live Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for engaging with customers in real-time through live chat to provide information, answer questions, and resolve any issues they may have regarding Tesla products and... services.

Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely information through live chat
• Proactively engage with customers to provide assistance and support
• Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases to the appropriate team member
• Conduct research to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is provided to customers
• Collaborate with colleagues worldwide to deliver exceptional customer service
• Meet or exceed productivity and quality goals
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times

Requirements:
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong time management skills and ability to multitask
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
• Detail-oriented and able to follow directions accurately
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in using internet and chat platforms
• No previous experience required, training will be provided
