What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Research and partner with departments to address high-profile issues and ensure proper documentation
• Collaborate with organizations to establish customer experience history for escalated incidents
• Provide updates and communications to leadership regarding incident handling and resolutions
• Identify and implement opportunities for improving customer resolution processes
• Offer subject matter expertise and support to team members and external contact centers

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Minimum of two years of operational/contact center experience
• Superior written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and interact professionally at all organizational levels
• Strong problem-solving ability and decision-making skills
• Knowledge of email applications and Microsoft Office products

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, or a related field
• Foreign language skills
• Proficiency in EZR/SHARES systems
• Strong subject matter expertise in the employer's policies and procedures
