Part-Time Senior Accountant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Part-Time Senior Accountant. We will require the candidate to work 20-30 hours per week from November 1, 2024 to January 31, 2025. The role?s core responsibilities include overseeing the monthly close, supporting the financial audit, and setting up our

FP&A budgeting tool with the 2025 budget. To be successful as a Part-Time Senior Accountant... you should have strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills and be able to present financial information and models in a concise and easily comprehensible manner.

Finance Manager Responsibilities
? Primary point of contact with financial auditors
? 2025 budgeting process and set up FP&A budgeting tool
? Monthly financial reporting and analysis
? Day-to-day bookkeeping
? Assist in AP and AR process
? Manage inhouse and outsourced accountants, as needed
? Maintain employee commission records
? Research technical accounting matters

Finance Manager Requirements
? 2+ years of direct experience and total accounting experience of 4+ years
? Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
? Highly proficient in Excel, Netsuite, Netsuite Planning and Budgeting, and Bill.com
? Experience as liaison between company and external audit firm
? Experience with AR and AP process
? Strong organizational and multitasking skills
? Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
? Detail-oriented and able to perform in a high-pressure environment
? Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
