What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Maneuver within the Quality Assurance database and assess information and verification needs
• Handle inbound/outbound calls with potential customers to verify and document required information
• Accurately document information and non-contact attempts
• Explain the application process to potential customers
• Complete additional paperwork when necessary
• Maintain communication with supervision
• Transfer calls to appropriate department
• Meet departmental key performance indicators (K.P.I's)
• Reliable and predictable attendance
• Ability to work full-time or part-time
