What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Assist in the implementation of the Boston Bolts coaching philosophy
? Perform in-depth analysis on diverse data sets from MLS Next and NAL games
? Develop and implement advanced performance analytics strategies for Elite Pathway teams
? Create compelling visualizations and reports to communicate complex data to non-technical stakeholders
? Liaise with players and staff regarding player development progress

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? Quick learner capable of functioning in a fast-paced sports environment
? Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize assignments
? Strong written and verbal communication skills
? Prior soccer experience strongly preferred

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Experience with Python
? Previous work in data analytics
