Key Responsibilities
? Handle inbound customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
? Resolve customer issues, including billing inquiries, account updates, and service requests.
? Offer tailored solutions and recommendations to meet customer needs.
? Educate customers on American Express products, services, and benefits.
? Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through empathetic and effective communication.

Qualifications ? Experience: Minimum of 2 years in customer service or a similar role preferred. ? Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; a college degree is a plus. ? Skills: ? Excellent verbal and written communication. ? Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities. ? Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems. ? Additional Requirements: ?
