What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with various stakeholders including management and co-workers
• Evaluate and enter asset management data into support platforms and applications
• Review and distribute weekly regional KPI status reports to relevant personnel
• Assist with data integration and training for new team members on asset management platforms
• Make recommendations for maintenance strategies and improvements to equipment reliability

What is Required (Qualifications):
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of experience coordinating maintenance activities in a steel, mining, or heavy industrial environment
• At least 2 years of experience in maintenance scheduling/planning using CMMS
• Proficient in MS Office and CMMS
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret large amounts of cost and performance-related data

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering discipline, preferably Mining, Mechanical, Process, or Electrical
• 3 or more years of experience coordinating multi-site maintenance teams in a heavy industrial setting
• Experience managing financial performance in a Maintenance and/or Operations setting
• Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to lead multi-functional teams effectively
