BaryTech Looking for IT Recruiter (Remote) / Human Resources / Full-Time at Remote

BaryTech is looking for an IT Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. We are looking for people that have previous recruiting experience along with a proven track record of success. Main responsibilities will include sourcing, screening, and the placement of highly specialized IT consultants. Other duties include lead generation & building lasting client relationships. You must be a team player with a positive attitude; excellent communication and people skills are a must.

Responsibilities: ? Communicating with team leads and hiring managers on job openings and requirements for those jobs. ? Lead generation & building lasting client relationships. ? Complete end to end handling of company resources recruitment process by facilitating the process from beginning to a successful offer. ? Posting job descriptions to relevant media platforms. ? Source and recruit candidates by using databases and social media. ? Screening applicants for competency with the job requirements. ? Scheduling interviews and follow up interviews with team members. ? Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the management. ? Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process.

What you should bring with:
? Years of recruitment experience.
? Fluent/Advanced English language skills.
? A good understanding of technology and tech startups.
? Excellent communication, organization, and people skills.
? Strong decision-making skills.
? Strong attention to detail.
