Bilingual Customer Service Specialist - Remote | WFH

We're looking for a motivated and empathetic Customer Service Representative to join our team! In this role, you'll play a vital part in ensuring our clients receive top-notch support and service. If you're a great communicator with a passion for helping others, we'd love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to inbound calls and emails from clients, providing assistance and answering their inquiries in a timely manner.
Offer clear and accurate information about our services, processes, and policies.
Help clients complete forms and submissions with attention to detail and accuracy.
Keep thorough records of client interactions and follow up as needed.
Work closely with internal teams to quickly address client concerns and improve service delivery.
Show empathy and patience, ensuring every client feels heard and valued.
Stay informed about company updates to provide clients with the most current information.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; some college education is a plus.
Prior customer service experience is a bonus, but not required.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.
Comfortable using computer systems and applications.
Strong problem-solving abilities with an eye for detail.
Flexibility to work various hours when needed.
