What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Handle incoming customer calls and conduct outbound follow-up calls for upselling and quality checks
• Schedule maintenance visits for customers
• Promote services and offers to customers through proactive outreach
• Address customer reviews, both positive and negative, to enhance service quality
• Provide general inbound customer service assistance

• Previous customer service experience
