What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Become knowledgeable of Customer Service Procedures Manuals and maintain an updated knowledge base
? Accurately enter product orders and address customer inquiries regarding their orders
? Follow departmental policies and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook
? Maintain professionalism and good telephone etiquette while communicating with customers
? Participate in required training and development programs to enhance service delivery

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required
? Ability to perform essential job duties through training, education, and/or experience
? Punctuality and reliability for scheduled work shifts
? Attention to detail in completing paperwork accurately and neatly
? Ability to work collaboratively with co-workers and supervisors

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Experience in a customer service role, particularly in the health or supplements industry
? Familiarity with health products and supplements
? Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers
? Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism
? Willingness to take initiative and consult with supervisors on customer issues
