Customer Service Support Representative (Remote/WFH) - Hiring Now

As a Customer Service Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You?ll play a key role in ensuring a positive customer experience by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely and effective solutions. Key Responsibilities: ? Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. ? Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively, ensuring a positive experience. ? Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information. ? Requirements: ? High school diploma or equivalent (required). Some college or relevant certifications are a plus. ? Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ? Familiarity with basic computer applications, including MS Office and CRM software. ? Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer inquiries at once. ? A quiet, dedicated home office space with reliable internet access. ? Must be located in the United States.
