Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly and helpful individual to join our e-commerce customer service team. As an E-commerce Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues related to online orders. You will work closely with our customer service team to provide exceptional customer service and support.

Responsibilities: ? Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat ? Resolve any customer service issues or concerns ? Provide product information and recommendations
