Executive Assistant/Bookkeeper - Remote

Our client is looking for a highly organized and responsible Executive Assistant/Bookkeeper, with full time work experience and willing to learn.

Availability during Pacific time zone may be required from time to time as Client works on both East and West coast.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
? Manage bank account & credit card fees, prepare journal entries, and reconcile accounts in online
? accounting software
? Enter account transactions and reconcile balance sheet accounts
? Prepare payroll
? Maintain client documents in a paperless environment
? Update information for tax preparation and reconciliation
? Other duties as required

TOOLS NEEDED:
? Home office setup
? Computer with webcam
? Smartphone with email capabilities and push notifications
? High-speed Internet access

QUALIFICATIONS: ? 2-plus years of relevant bookkeeping experience ? Bachelors in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field or some college ? Willingness to learn and follow processes ? Self-starter with a positive and friendly attitude ? Ability to handle confidential materials discreetly ? Willingness to learn new systems ? Ability to effectively manage multiple project deadlines ? Strong independent and team-based problem solving ? Excellent organization skills ? Strong communication skills ? Comfortable working in a paperless environment ? Comprehensive understanding of double-entry accounting and able to prepare journal entries as needed

SALARY: $50K
