We are a medium-sized YouTube personal brand channel with a focus on giving motivational content to young men through principles of success and God.

We have already proven a high ability in getting views, subscribers, and general engagement but are having difficulty monetizing this traffic to fund further channel and company growth.

The channel name is HESKETIT. We invite you to take a look, though please be aware that some of the content we are putting out is slightly controversial and should not be seen as a reflection of the internal company culture.

You will see we have been able to generate almost 30k subscribers in the previous ~60 days and have already defined ways to increase that figure further.

The ideal candidate is someone who has worked in the YouTube space before and can bring best practices as it comes to generating revenue from audience traffic while remaining relevant to the core branding.
