Full Charge Bookkeeper: Full-Time Remote Position in Texas

The duties for this position include (but are not limited to) the following: ? Monthly bookkeeping for business clients ? Downloading and posting bank and credit card transactions into QuickBooks Online ? Reconciling bank and credit card accounts ? Paying client?s bills using Bill.com ? Monthly QuickBooks account reconciliation and posting adjusting journal entries ? Prepare and file city & state B&O returns ? Process regular payroll for clients using Gusto, ADP, Paychex etc. ? Prepare annual Form 1099s ? Personal Property Affidavits ? Unclaimed Property Reports ? Generate monthly financial reports Qualifications: ? Minimum three years of full charge bookkeeping and QuickBooks Online experience ? Experience working with business clients ? Previous experience working in the dental industry is a plus, but not required ? Must be proficient with Quickbooks Online and Microsoft Office 365 ? Knowledge of Gusto, Hubdoc and bill.com is a plus, but not required ? Extremely detail-oriented, self-starter, positive attitude ? Strong organizational skills ? Professional attitude and appearance ? Excellent written and verbal communication skills ? Ability to multi-task Minimum Required Experience: ? QuickBooks Online: 3 years ? Bookkeeping: 3 years ?
