    What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Assist with recruitment efforts, including reviewing applications, performing phone screens, and coordinating interviews
  • Facilitate onboarding processes and conduct new hire orientations, including safety training
  • Answer frequently asked questions from applicants and employees regarding policies and benefits
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies across all locations
  • Oversee time and attendance functions, ensuring complete and accurate data
    What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor?s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work history preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years' HR experience with a focus on recruitment, time & attendance, and benefits administration
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English for effective communication
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
  • Proficiency in HRIS Software and MS Office Suite, including PowerPoint
    How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • HR Certification is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive situations professionally
  • Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in promoting a positive workplace culture through engagement initiatives
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of company and employee information
