Inbound Contact Center Representative (US Remote)

In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, helping resolve inquiries via phone, email, and chat. • Handle a moderate to high volume of customer inquiries daily, providing quick and effective resolutions.
• Meet established performance targets and KPIs.
• Document interactions and follow-ups accurately after each customer engagement.
• Deliver an exceptional, positive experience in every customer interaction.
• Meet service and operational goals, such as call abandonment rates, email response times, and returns processing.
• Maintain high-quality service by adhering to company standards and guidelines.
Qualifications & Key Competencies:
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Ability to quickly learn technical concepts and troubleshoot effectively.
• Empathetic and confident in written and verbal customer interactions.
• Expertise in chat and email etiquette, with keen attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (intermediate level).
• 2+ years of technical/product support experience.
• Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
Preferred Qualifications:
• At least 1 year of customer service or sales experience.
• Experience in a fast-paced contact center environment.
• College or university degree (an asset, but not required).

• Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday
