What You?ll Do:
? Design Tailored Itineraries:Research, create, and execute personalized travel plans that wow our clients
? Customize Travel Plans:Assess client preferences to design trips that meet their specific needs and desires
? Stay Certified & Informed:Participate in ongoing training and webinars with vendors and suppliers to stay certified and become an expert on various destinations
? Manage Budgets:Review and plan trips within clients? financial constraints, ensuring their dream vacations are both affordable and exceptional
? Create Marketing Materials:Develop eye-catching promotional materials to market travel services
? Handle Bookings:Manage all aspects of travel arrangements, including flights, car rentals, accommodations, cruises, event tickets, and more
? Communicate Effectively:Maintain clear communication with clients before, during, and after their travels to ensure satisfaction and handle any issues that may arise
? Network with Industry Partners:Build relationships with tour operators and explore package deals for clients
? Flexible Commitment:Work part-time or full-time with a schedule that fits your life

What You?ll Need:
? Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S
? Strong communication skills; sales experience is a plus
? Smartphone with internet access (laptop recommended but not required)
? Personal travel experience is a bonus but not required
? Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is an advantage
