Working as part of the American Express customer service team, you will handle inquiries from our valued customers via live chat. You will provide timely, accurate, and empathetic responses to a wide range of questions and issues. This role requires excellent communication skills, a high level of professionalism, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.


• Strong written communication skills.

• Previous customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via live chat promptly and professionally.

Educational Qualifications

Experience
