We are looking for a Remote Live Chat Agent to assist customers with inquiries, bookings, and support through online chat. You will provide prompt and friendly service while handling multiple conversations efficiently. The duties and responsibilities include performing the day-to-day administrative secretarial and receptionist functions of the facility in accordance with current established procedures, and as directed by the Office Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities: ? Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely manner. ? Assist guests with reservations, cancellations, and modifications. ? Provide information on hotel services, promotions, and policies. ? Troubleshoot customer issues and escalate when needed. ? Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions. ? Provide high-level administrative support to the executive team. ? Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements. ? Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations. ? Coordinate meetings and events, including logistics and materials preparation. ? Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. ? Assist in project management and follow-up on action items. ? Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
Requirements: ? Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or chat support is a plus. ? Strong written communication and problem-solving skills. ? Ability to multitask and handle multiple chats at once. ? Basic knowledge of hotel booking systems is a bonus. ? Availability for flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays. ? Excellent organizational and time-management skills. ? Strong written and verbal communication abilities. ? Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software. ? Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. ? High level of discretion and confidentiality. ? Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:
High school diploma or equivalent
