### **Key Responsibilities:**

• **Customer Engagement:** Interact with customers in real-time through live chat across various platforms, addressing inquiries regarding insurance products, policies, and services.
• **Problem Resolution:** Identify customer needs and provide effective solutions while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
• **Product Knowledge:** Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of State Farm's insurance offerings, including auto, home, life, and health insurance, in order to offer accurate information and guidance to customers.
• **Sales Support:** Assist in upselling and cross-selling relevant products based on the customer?s needs while adhering to company sales guidelines and practices.
• **Record Keeping:** Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the CRM system.
• **Feedback Collection:** Gather insights and feedback from customers to relay to management for service improvement initiatives.
• **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with colleagues worldwide to foster a collaborative environment, sharing best practices and supporting team goals.
• **Continuous Learning:** Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs to enhance skills and stay informed about industry trends and product updates.
• **Adaptability:** Adjust to evolving company policies, procedures, and customer service technologies, showing flexibility in responding to changes.

### **Requirements:**

• **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus but not required.
• **Experience:** None required; however, previous customer service experience is a plus.
