Position Type: 1099 Independent Contractor

Key Responsibilities: ? Computer expertise required ? Repair, maintain, and service mobile devices ? Disassemble, fix, and reassemble units ? Provide exceptional customer service ? Manage appointments and work schedules ? Ensure a memorable customer experience ? Safely arrive at client locations within appointment windows

Minimum Requirements: ? High school diploma or equivalent ? Personal/professional experience with smartphone, iPad, computer or laptop screen replacement ? Strong troubleshooting and mechanical abilities ? Current driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable vehicle ? Background check and drug test required ? Authorization to work in the US ? Excellent interpersonal and customer service skill
